3DCellOmics

3DCellOmics is dedicated to the development of 3D models as ethical alternatives to animal testing, offering innovative and responsible research methodologies based on the 3Rs principles (replacement, reduction, refinement), as well as research based on extracellular vesicles and macrophages.

Our 3D models are meticulously crafted to reproduce the complex heterogeneity of diseases, serving as invaluable tools for comprehending pathologies and evaluating novel therapeutic strategies, including immunotherapies. Leveraging cutting-edge 3D bioprinting technology, 3DCellOmics models integrate immune cells and stromal components within organoids/tumoroids, providing a holistic representation of disease microenvironments.

Central to our efforts is the establishment of a comprehensive biobank housing breast cancer organoids sourced from both canine and human tissues, facilitating in-depth studies and accelerating advancements in cancer research.
