The MS4Omics platform of the PRISM Inserm U1192 laboratory offers expertise in proteomics and mass spectrometry applied to different fields.
In proteomics, our focus lies in non-targeted methodologies, including bottom-up, shotgun, and top-down approaches, as well as interactomics techniques such as cross-linking MS and BioID. We have particular expertise in tissue analysis through spatial proteomics, FFPE tissue analysis, and proteogenomics. Additionally, our capabilities extend to the purification, quantification, and analysis of extracellular vesicles. The link between the platform and the laboratory enables us to offer unique expertise.
MS4Omics takes on requests from local, regional and national academics and industry, or from outside France.

- Large-scale proteomic analysis (bottom-up, shotgun, top-down) label-free quantification and analysis of large cohorts (>100 samples)
- Sample preparation for large-scale proteomics (FASP, iST, SP3) irrespective of sample storage mode (fresh-frozen, fixed, FFPE) and for any biological material (fluids, organs, biopsies, tissue sections, organoids, spheroids, extracellular vesicles)
- Proteogenomics and alternative proteome (AltProt and small protein)
